 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse
The 2006 Eclipse, which goes on sale next summer, gets a big boost in power and a six-speed manual transmission. A new 3.8-liter V6 engine for the Eclipse produces 260 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. A five-speed automatic transmission replaces the current four-speed automatic. The company says the four-cylinder engine in the 2006 model will produce more power than the current 147 hp for 2005

It's about time they did something with the Eclipse. It's been a total chick car for the last 5-6 years. I thought it looked like a throat lozenge.
