Was flipping through the channels this morning and came across this show called "Two Guys Garage" on the speed channel. It just so happens that today they were wrenching on a focus. They changed the timing belt, installed focus central cam gears, added an optima yellow top battery, a volant intake, and a shorty header. Then the put in a wide band o2 sensor and hooked that to an a/f ratio gauge. They hooked these up to a dynojet wideband commander and with this you can view what you engine is doing on a laptop.
