I want to get to a large show this summer for fun. Not to reallt show but just to attend and have some fun. I was contimplating Carslile but when searching found another event.
There is an all Focus Enthusiast meet in South Bend IN at Tire Rack. Another board is hosting this but it seems to be open to all Focus Enthusiasts, and that would be us.
I have gotten the time off work and plan to attend. It's about 14 hours from NE and I will be making a long weekend out of it, leaving Wednesday night most likely.
This would be a good time for TF people to get together on a national/international(didn't forget Canadia) level.
So who's in???

Mike,They still have regional forums on FJ, you have to be logged in to see them, same as OffTopic and other forums, i think it waas done to reduce spammers or something.

I haven't been a member there in ages. I lost access to a computer and when they re-did the forum I guess I was never transferred over. When I finally got access to a comp I went back and tried to log in, but it didn't recognize my name. I just said screw it and never bothered trying ever again.

I'm just bumping this bad boy up there - Dan and I have booke our room, but I think we'll be modifying our location a bit. I can't believe what they want for a night! I had only paid roughly $40/ night for FX03 when we went. They want nearly $90 where he looked.
I'm gonna get out there and find a Motel...less costly and I like to help out smaller, non-corporate places.

I am a FocalJet member and I will be attending JetFest 05' and also Focus on the Beach in Santa Barbara. Hope to see Team Focus reppin at the fest. I actually live about an hour awqay from South Bend and i know that the hotels around my area are much cheaper Check out hotels in Portage, LaPorte, Valparaiso, and Michigan City they arent that far away and worth it when you save that fifty bucks a night. Be sure to sport your team focus stickers and shirts lets get the word out and then people on FocalJet will be askin who we are!! HOLLLLA BACK TEAM FOCUS!!!!!!!!

Actualy, you have to be logged in to see the regional forums (as well as other ones).

I'd consider going... but FJ's involved... and I don't want to make an
ass of TF by promoting TF (TF stickers) and having a "Calving Peeing on
FJ" sticker in the rear window... It's more of a "don't want to make TF
look like assholes because I can't stand FJ" thing. Kind like you
wouldn't crash your ex g/f's birthday party with your current g/f...
