As for reality, I've lived a life full of severe reality and I don't like guns, I don't like violence and I don't like hate.  Simple enough.  I also know that this world is filled with all of that and then some.  I'm not nieve, just don't like to be put in a situation where I have to watch something like that without fair warning.
