Well, I've manged to get myself a speedin' ticket.

Only for $80, but damn...I hate 93N
He didn't charge me with the other stuff: Following to close to the car in front of me: Ok, here's a redundant statement if I've ever heard one. You can't HELP but be nose to ass on 93 because if you give the required 2-3 second gap some dink fills it with their car and cuts you off.
Illegal lane change: I used my turn signal for every single one. I'm a stickler for my turn signals. Don't know what he was on about.
He followed me for a good 5-8 miles until he pulled me over on an exit ramp. ugh.
Oh well. whatever...small enough to not bother me much.

Codger - no joke...the speed traps here and in Maine will kill ya in fines. Also, don't forget those unmarked.
I know in Maine they drive EVERYTHING - They have some Dodge Trucks, Camaros, Fords, Chevys...all breeds and colors and they're out in full force!

sounds like my weekend. had a small g2g that lasted about half an hour. don't do them on prom weekend!
5 cars- 2 speeding tickets(39 in 30, 37 in 35) and an exhibition driving. bad odds...time to go home...
Sure were a lot of cops on the road all the way from Manchester to Peabody today. Marked, unmarked, normal ones except just stripes etc. etc. Don't think that they were giving out tickets since it was raining. They probably melt if they get wet.

exabition is also known as breaking traction.
he caught hard into second and barked (more like chirped) the tires. were videoing me and has it on film. had to have the volume cranked to hear it. then the cop told him he saw the tires break loose... while behind him (exactly how the hell you see a fwd car spin the tires from behind, I don't know). that ones getting fought.
the 2 mph over was dropped this morning to a warning when he went to the courthouse about it.
I was going to say - just by the nature of vehicles not all read their speed the same. We always hope they are right on but they can vary by as much as 5mph in some cases. Sometimes even more.
That 2mph should be dropped. silly charge.
Oh and when the trooper stopped me he stated his name and that I was being video & audio taped...then the infamous question - "do you know why I stopped you?"
