this was my first, when i was 18

then i got the wristband (with the heart) in college, i was 20 i think.

the lastest is the sleeve, (work in progress) done so far is lines and the background.  the flowers are going to be yellow fading to red at the tips of the pedals.  if you look closely there are kanji symbols that read (from elbow to wrist) "justice, truth, beauty, love"  and on the other side is the G clef.  those i'm planning to leave negative space, unless i don't like it when it's done, then i'll fill them in.

ok now you guys go!

Wow those sleeves looks really cool, even as they are kinda, "empty".

I think I want a tat or two eventually. I really really wanna make sure I like it though, since obviously it's a big deal. Then I want it small, easily hidden and not in a place where if I get out of shape/pregnant it'll look scary! I mean Carmen's Focus tat looks nice, but I'm not quite as slim as she is either!

I have narrowed it down to 2 options, maybe I'll get both, I dunno. One is a pair of Red Sox, like on their logo, with the year 2004 written below, in "sox font" (the words in the name on the logo). Only like 2-3" or so, little. In color, so like blue and red.

My other idea is to get a little single-color (black?) caduceus. I really think if nothing else I will eventually get this one, it means a lot to me. Either something simple like this one or maybe a stylized version like this here

So, no actual pics of me perse, but those are my thoughts! Sox logo:

I'll have to take a pic of mine and post it up .  I put it where only I can show it and typically Dan only sees it. ;)

I will have another done.  I want Rajah's portrait put on me by someone who can really tatoo a portrait, not just a doberman tattoo.

I'm also, inevetably going to have a tramp stamp of my own. lol! In about 70 pounds from now.:?

my i recomend body creations in rochester, NH.  stina does mine there, she's brilliant and super nice.  and ryan, the other one that works there, he's also amazing and very nice.  excelent for first timers.  and they'll help you perfect your ideas too, cause they know what will work and how to do it so it'll be the best it can be.

i can't recomend them enough

Mine is right where my Left Hip Bone is in the front.  It's where I can show it if I ever wore a bathing suit again. or just pull my pants down.  :P

It's a nice place because for the most part it can't be seen by others and it's where I can see it.  My portrait of Rajah will need some though though.  I want to see it and hide it at the same time.

location is a big deal, again this is stuff you can get great advice from the nice people at body creations .  they are very awesome and will help you with all you decisions.  they've even told me why a couple of my ideas were bad and gave me better ones

Chelly, my mom got a little butterfly on her 40th birthday by her hip. I think it's the left side, just below and distal to the bone. It is a good spot, easily shown in public while wearing a bathing suit, but hidden most of the time!

I'll be sure to post pics in like 4 years when I get mine (maybe sooner?), talk about a thread revival eh?! I'm just glad that you can still donate blood after tattoos, I think they used to err on the side of caution and say No to everyone, before the got better at screening the blood, and tattoo parlors got more sterile.

That's exactly where mine is and its a butterfly. And its there for the exact same reason. My parents don't know wabout it though. THey would freak and come after me to scrape it off with a spoon.
