Going to the parents house, then probably chill at some random place, drink a few brews, then head home and roll up change to cash Friday so I can get a new video card for my comp.
Wednesday night- going to a birthday party and then work
Thursday- eating a ton of food, get lectured about not being married, asked at least 15 times when I am going to get married, eat a ton of food, try some duck, eat more food, eat four pieces of dessert, do the dishes, change my clothes and got to work
Wednesday is to finish the work week, then attend a b-day party. Thursday be home and eat all day, play bazketball and then watch TV. Friday do some clothing shopping and then relax at home. Saturday go to a convention then to a wedding. Sunday back to the usual.
I think I'll make some kinda special chicken dish. Don't have a grill so I'm not sure on how I'm gonna do it. The chicken's marinating in a chipotle, lime marinade.

This sounds nummy!

It should be. I'll let you know. I'll be eating it all alone. . Its funny though. I really like this experiment of living away from everyone I know. You learn all kinds of stuff about yourself. Old women love me. I had a couple invite me for Thanksgiving dinner. Those old ladies are so cute. They really do have the best senses of humor.
So lets see, I managed to eat a total of 3 dinners between the hours of 2PM and 11PM on Thursday.
-First stop was 2PM at my parents house for 2 platefuls, and 2 slices of chocolate cream pie, as well as snacking on carrots before and after.
-Second was my old roommates parents house (they felt bad after booting me, and decided to butter me up as of late), for about 2 more platefuls of Italian food, as well as the usual thanksgiving treats. I also managd to stuff down 1/2 a choco cream pie there as well.
-Third (and THANK GOD it was the final stop) was at a friend's house, that brought back leftovers, in which we proceeded to snack on while playing World of Warcraft. We got bulkie rolls, and proceeded to make sandwiches consisting of Turkey, stuffing, and whatever else (mine were garnished with cheese and mayo).
I think as of Thursday night when I was going to bed, I coulda drained the United States' supply of Tums from that gruesome day.
My mom made stuffing with toasted whole wheat bread this year, instead of the "Stuffing bread" and it was a tasty switch. Also we tried to make more than turkey sandwiches as leftovers.
We constructed a turkey shepherd's pie (I'm a big SP fan) with stuffing at the bottom, then cut up turkey, then a layer of sweet potatoes/yams/squash (something orange) then mashed potatoes on top. It was extremely yummy!! Of course, our turkey was especially good this year, we picked out a good one I guess, makes for good leftovers!
