Yes. This is a thread (that'll probably die in a day cause no one responds to my threads) about the sweet nectar that God gave to man eons ago. (cause water supplies were usually polluted and all they ate was bread during certain seasons which had no nutrients.) What I wanna know is whats everyones favorite beer. AND does anyone brew here. I'm on my second batch. I can see how this is easily gonna become a problem. Brewing's addictive.
My favorite commercially brewed beer would have to be Tucher or Carlsberg.
I also like Tecate in the Meximarket.
American Big three would have to be Kirin Ichiban. (Yes, its american)
American microbrew would be hmmm.... Well I like all of the Honey lagers I've had.
american- lite w/ clamato...ooo, almost forgot, any honey wheat
canadian- moosehead
english- bass
mexican- dos equis
german- any heffe weisen or perminator
worst beer in the world ive drank was czech budweiser... toilet water would have been better.

Anchor steam is the kinda beer I'm brewing right now! It was my first batch. I gotta bottle it today. Steam style beer is the only lager fermented at the higher ale temperature.
For my normal unwind / relax / gaming beer: Bud Light
For parties: Anything that isn't heavy (and cheap is ++)
If I'm feeling Rich: Bass, Guiness, Flying Dog, Harp, Corona, Heineken, Rolling Rock, McEwans Scotch Ale, Sam Adams (most any flavor), Red Stripe, Labatt, Molson, Harpoon, Blue Moon, Tuborg.
Beers I can't stand: Pilsner Urquell, Pilsner Urquell, and lets not forget Pilsner Urquell. That shit needs to be dported from the US immediately.
... and my roommate has be drinking Pabst Blue Ribbon.... which is weird, because I don't like that stuff at all.
i'd try those but here in Oklahoma you can't even find Tucher. My favorite places back home had it on draft. Even the brewstores here haven't heard of it. Props to World of Beer in Tampa for being able to order it in kegs for the average Joe. Even if you did have to order 2 minimum at $160 a piece. All you Floridians, if you want to find some different beers then try that place. I think its off 60 near 19. Little tiny place. I used to stop by there whenever I happened by it.
