Alright here it goes I'm looking for a turbo kit for my ford focus I can't seem to find anything for my sohc what the hell. there was a website called turbodepot it dont work any more does anyone know a website so can get a turbo for my 2001 spi sohc focus?
there was only one that I know of and I think it was the turbo depot one.
on the plus side, it isnt hard to make your own kit. all you need is a turbo manifold from JGS (1.9l escort) or the EXP escort mani or the RS escort mani from europe. pick a turbo (t3 or t28 is good), external wastegate, find an intercooler, buy the 39# injectors, some stainless lines and fitting so you can run the oil from the pump to the turbo bearings and drain into the windage tray or oil pan, get an SCT chip and tune from a good shop, get some pipes bent by an exhaust shop, and you should be good to go.
