Do y'all think it is worth it to upgrade the mains and caps? I am getting the upgraded bearings and the ARP main and cap bolts but should I also get the billets mains and caps? IMHO, I dont see a need for it but then again, I dont have alot of experience with this either.

I asked the same question when I first looked into getting a built block and most every one said the same thing, save you money.  I would upgrade to ARP bolts and fastners all around though.

I read that you have to modify the windage tray to use the ARP main bolts. something about honing the block to accept the billet main caps too.:?
