stocker is plenty good IMO. I've tried just about everything and Ive never gotten any more power by switching. Ive even use the MSD dis-2 and other than being able to adjust the dwell, its just a toy.

Ya, that's pretty much what I've heard too.

It's kind of the equivalent to replacing the stock filter with a K&N panel filter.

If for any reason you still feel compelled to get a coil, I can recommend that you DONT get the Screamin Demon one.  it's lowest quality piece of crap i've ever seen.  The plastic is very brittle on the connectors, and 2 of my wires dont stay on the coil w/o the aid of zip ties.

you should be fine with the oe coil.  It's actually a pretty good design.  if you're interested in upgrading your ignition, look into getting one-step-colder plugs from motorcraft.
