Can't help you with the weight.

If you have a manual transmission, it's likely that either the Diablo or Superchips chip will raise the govener.  I think they cost about 250

The total weight I think is about 3300 lbs. The 03 that I was able to get my hands on from time to time was loaded minus ABS and weighed in at about that. For some reason the 00-01's were a bit lighter.

LilDuratec has a CF hood and might be able to tell you the stock hood weight
