Ive changed my

DPFE

Oil

Fuel Filter

Sparkplugs

PCV valve cleaned my MAF and Air Filter.

My engine seems sluggish and unresponsive to the Pedal..I press my pedal and and the car reacts 3 seconds later....

 

Any theorys im afraid my transmission is going.:shock:

Few things I can think of:

1 - vacuum leak somewhere

2 - MAFS needs cleaning

3 - fuel pump

4 - horrible heat/humidty or poor air intake

Chelly brings up a good point.  Have you checked for any vaccum
leaks.  One time I forgot to reattach a vaccum line and the had a
bad hesitation.
Your problem deosn't sound like a tranny issue.

no misfiring....how you check for vacuum leaks?  I thought I knew but cant quite recall it involved propane  anyway...my accelretor cable/pedal seems spongey any TSB or anything for 00 foci that have accelrator cable problems?  other than that....I think its just a zetec and im jaded and need some new zoom. with aweosmer gas mileage....thats not a typo i typed awesomer
