I am contimplating selling my Bosal Cat back system. I like it and all but am thinking of going the SVT route for header and cat and was told my Bosal may not fit.
Was wondering if someone would be interested in buying it? Its been on my car about 1.5 years but the car has only been driven with it on the last 2 summers and somewhere between 7-10K miles on it. It goes new for around $350. If interested pm me.
I beleve I still have the original box for shipping but it would be better if I could drop it off or you could pick it up or somthing in the middle. I'm in Southern NH.
Well it looks as if I'm gonna keep my Bosal. Come to find out it's a PITA to put on an SVT header onto a normal ZETEC.
Additional parts needed for stock SVT header installed:
SVT Power Steering line
SVT power steering pump (the SVT P/S line has a differant connector thus the need of the pump)
SVT dip stick tube and stick
Bung welded to header for EGR visual inspection
Tuner Chip to delete the EGR function to pass smog test
I guess McNews has a SVT modified header to fit the Zetec but they want more for just the header than I got quoated for and entire SVT exhaust setup from header to tail pipe.
