I have shorty intake, exhaust no header, throttle body spacer ( which is a joke), 10.2 mm wires, bad ass flame job on the hood which makes it a hell of a lot faster, wondering what to do next to get best power without forced induction or anything like that. Dont want to bust thw wallet. any kind of help will be great.

Dollar per HP, I'm with stupid ^^

For a little more cash, grab a full header system w/ cat replacement and flex pipe replacement.

Not really any HP gains but the throttle body will give you better throttle response. I second finishing your Exhaust. and look into a long tube intake (Like AEM).

Maybe some cams and cam gears.....

FI is the way to go for best bang for the buck.

Personaly I don't like the underdrive pullies, but thats just me. also if you plan on getting a powerful sterio system you may not want to underdrive your altinator.

underdrive pulleys dont really give you power. They do underdrive the alternator but really, the alternator underdrives it self. If you were able to full field your alternator, youd find out it'll put out alot more than it ever does. (up to its rating of course) the pulley reduces rotating mass on the crankshaft and therby allows the RPMs to climb and fall faster. The effect is not as noticable as what you get froma  lightened flywheel but its easier to install and less hurtfull to drag strip runs.
