Unless you plan to modify the header like I did (and now Audiojunkie has it) it is a POS. The collector is junk. There was actually a guy who's Focus caught on fire and burned because one of the welds cracked and it got so hot it caught something on fire in his engine bay.
K&N filter? What kind? A cone filter or a drop-in stock-filter replacement? A drop-in filter, maybe 1hp? A cone filter, maybe you'll see 5hp.
FocusSport exhaust I think they got 7hp or so with it.
It even comes with the flex pipe. I plan to run this on PFF2.
Bolt-on mods are OK, you need them to take advantage of any real mods you may do. But you're not going to see any drastic changes in HP without some sort of internal mods (cams, nitrous, forced induction, raised compression).

The filter by itself won't add any noticable HP. Your best bet for first mods would be a full intake, exhaust, or underdrive pulley. The gains will be slightly noticable, but I wouldn't expect more than a few HP to the wheels gain with all the above.
Don't waste your money on UDP kits. May see 1-2 WHP on a near-stock Focus. Save that money from the UDPs and get something worthwhile, like a set of used cams. As for the Pacesetter, my car ran with one for 2 years and I had absolutely no problems with it. Maybe it's not the best piece, and you can do better in terms of performance with a long-tube race header, but I liked my Pacesetter.
