Put these things on the focus on saturday, they were used so there weren't really any surprises.  I reused my two stock gaskets and made a gasket out of RTV on the end gasket.  No leaks, so I'm happy.  The sound is nice, it is deep and throaty, no buzzing.  The loudest it ever gets is just slightly above idle when under load, but high RPM and highway driving, you aren't likely to notice it much.  The exhaust itself (though in this case being extremely dirty) is very nice, real good quality polished stainless (not so polished in my case yet).  The rear hanger is a bit of a hassle, it doesn't quite clear the bumper, so we had to make a custom hanger to lower and center it a bit, now it looks perfect in the space for the exhaust.  Performance wise it has woken up the car a bit, nothing super drastic, though pick up is pretty good, it does seem to have a broader torque band than it did originally, not quite as many dead zones in the band.  Oh...and, my volant is indeed louder than the exhaust in the high RPM.  Amazes even myself.

so my digicam really sucks the asmar when it comes to sound, but you can sorta get an idea, the popping you hear isn't the exhaust its the recording, but I can't seem to get a good quality sound clip...so.
