MY CURRENT SET UP: progress springs, Spax adj. shocks/struts, specialty products Front and back camber kit. ES motor mount bushings.

So this morning Im driving to work. I just started driving and its pretty damn cold outside. (for south texas) My front passenger corner is making its usually noise which I suspect is the bearing plate. It makes a rattley noise. But today I can feel the car loping like there is a bubble in the tire. the corner is noisey and its like a lopsided wheel! so I pull over quickly into a carwash and check it out. there is no bubble in the tire, the lug nuts are torqued to spec, (yes, I carry a torque wrench in the trunk. dont you?) and I can not spot any bent bars or messed up ball joints. the lower ball joints do need to be replaced but there wasnt one like hanging down broken or anything. I drove on and as the car heated up I guess, the loping went away and it drove normally. On my break, I went and set the struts to full hard and then backed them back down to 1 (full soft) to make sure they were set equal. turns out the right corner was 1 stiffer than the other but that has now been reset. I dont get the loping (its warmer now) but I still here the noise and it feels like that side is kind of bouncy. The noise sounds either like the bearing plate or the spring not seated properly. Without taking the wheel off, the spring appears seated properly in the bottom perch, and I can not spot a bend in the strut.

Any ideas?
