Ya just cut the wires on the car's harness and hook them up to the new horn. You might want to use female spade connectors if the new hoen has a spot for them.

If it is a type of air horn, the air compressor get the power. Just find a suitable place to mount compressor and horns and run hoses to horns. You may have more trouble finding place to mount equipment thanhooking power up. Try to shield compressor from getting splashed. I don't see that much of a space issue with a Focus.

Get you a good make air horn, like off an EMS Ambulance. You'll either give someone a heart attack or get shot. I've thought about something like that for my Miata. They'd just run over me and that would be it! LOL
