They say that you don't need the rear unless you are going lower than 2" but most folks with any sort of drop beyond that of the SVT kit will tell you to get it. I did and the irregular tire ware has stopped. The front is a different story since I have known people that got the front alligned without any tire issues and they have a 2+" drop but have also know folks with less than a 2" drop that were chewing tires like mad even after the allignment.

I have the rear camber bolts for what is supposed to be a 1.8" or 50mm drop but my car looks lower that Spatick Foci's car and he has Eibach sportlines.

BTW, Motorcraft makes the camber kits too. You can get them at the Ford dealer for less than $30.00

My SVTF is lowered and I haven't needed the camber kits...then again I only lowered mine 1" if that...if you plan on lowering more then 2.5", you need them...Also, much is dependent on each individual car...some need a camber kit with 1.5" drop other don't need one....but for $30 from tire rack or BAT, it's cheaper then going through tires...

I learned the hard way. Allthough I took the car to get alined after I installed the springs and had the camber kit at the time incase it was needed. The place that alined the car said all was good. Well now I'm over seas and noticed that the car has chewed up my tires after 10K. And I have a 2" drop on mine. I'll have to get the kit again.

I got a 1.4in in the front and a 1.6in in the back. H&R Pro Springs. Cost me about 325 but look hella nice. I didn't need a kit and my tires wear just fine. I wrecked my car about 4 months ago and bent the aligning bolt so i can get the right front completely straight. But have had no problems with it yet. So just get it aligned and you should be fine.
