Oversteer in a focus is still bad for autocross. It can be tons of fun when you aren't autocross, but not the quickest way through the course. I know, mine has much more oversteer than it should.

That depends- natural oversteer or braking oversteer. Natural oversteer is better for handling than natural understeer. Of course, this all depends on your driving style.

just reading your posts on the braided brakelines, pads and rotors, ive owned my ZTS for 3 years, it had 38k on it when i bought it, it now has 115k, i have yet to change the pads on the front or the rear(drums), the rotors have not been turned, i guess what im asking is this normal? i know my rotors need to be turned or replaced, but the pads on the front look like new, they are at least three quarters of an inch thick
