I gave my baby a couple minor bits to let her know I care, even as the time I have to give her proper attention has been lax lately
Mere hours before I packed her to the gills and moved down to WV we went to a Focus meet in CT:
WV only needs a rear plate, must represent the Nation down here in Dixie!
The ubiquitous shorty antenna mod, reception still fine:
~That's my apartment on the top of the building, I can watch the Focus from any of those 3 windows if it feels threatened!
Sorry, this story has a sad ending. Here's how most people see my car nowadays, as I walk to/from school she only gets taken out sometimes, not everyday. At least she is protected from the rainy leftovers of Katrina passing by!! And the tree I park under can't drop sap onto my poor baby anymore!

i wish i could say the same for my tree situation... but it does, in fact, drip sticky sap crap on her from tme to time... and i swear i grow more vindictive every day

I thought I'd be cool and only have to brush leaves off it, didn't know deciduous trees sappen too?! (But I suppose that's where maple syrup comes from...)
I have no idea what kinda tree it is, but it saps quite a bit in the heat. Not as bad as pine sap though, the little windshield washer fluid/squeegee at the gas station takes it right off
