Not yet. I'm going next week over to them to have them do the dyno tuning. Another guy with a lot of the same mods dyno'd 250whp 230tq, so I'm hoping for around there.

those are the SVT HIDs aren't they?

you can get them from almost anywere that sells focus lights.  (even ford) but they're like $950 or close to it

Yep, they came on the Mach edition and were an option on the SVT's. I got mine straight from the Ford dealership back in 2002 when they were only $145 each.;up

The car's running great and awesome to drive!

In case anyone's wondering, figuring a 15% drivetrain loss, that's 295hp. Feels pretty good in a ~2700lb Focus [:D]
