so,
as i've gushed about already,
my CAI finally is installed on my car.
the only cloud in my blue sky,
is that now,
at a specific amount of throttle,
it squeaks.
like,
very very light gas, no squeak.
lots of gas, no squeak.
but at this one point in the middle, it squeaks.
at first i thought maybe something in the throttle
was rubbing as it opened,
but if i hold the gas just right,
the squeaking continues,
so its not the result
of something creating one-time friction.

thoughts?

Hmmm, I never had that problem. There is one thing, near the middle of the piping that DOES rub the bottom of the lower pipe. THey give you a piece of rubber, slit down the middle, to place on the metal bar, so the pipe contacts the rubber instead of metal. Did you use the piece of rubber?
