Howdy folks...new to the forum here. I've had my SVTF for about 6 weeks. I've put on a Ford Racing STS, ripped out the air box and hosing and put on a high flow cone air filter, and flashed my chip with a Predator and Tom's Tune.

Now, how do I get a little more umph without taking the car completely out of warranty? Here is what I've thought of doing:

Ford Racing Fuel Injectors (19/24/30/42?)
Screamin' Demon Ignition Coil
Nology Wires
Iridium Plugs
70mm MAF

I know Tom would have to re-write my tune for it, but what (if any) kind of power increase would I see?

I'm pretty sure that the MAFS would just be a waste at this point, unless you've got something moving air past the stock one that is causing it to misread. If you had a turbo I'd understand or were aggresively NA maybe, but not with what you are mentioning.

As for the other stuff, ignition stuff typically won't give you much power just better fuel efficiency. Talk to Blurry on here, he's got a pretty good collection of stuff that makes his SVT very very nice.

I don't know that any of that would do much for as far as power goes.

I would add that you might want to check compatability of the Nology wires.  I think they are made to fit on the stock coil.  The Screamin' Demon coil has a different tower on it than does the stock one.

I would also agree that I dont know that the coil is going to give you such a big power improvement though a mileage increase is not out of the question.  If you are going to spend that much on the ignition system I would go ahead and get the Nology power cores (2 needed) and boost up the ignition voltage to a respectable level and be able to open up the gap some, probably even more than you can with just the Screamin demon coil alone.  If the Nology information is correct on the power cores you should be able to take the stock coil voltage to 50,000+ volts which should allow you to run a gap somewhere around 0.070" or more depending on just how much they boost the coil voltage.

I wouldnt worry too much about using Iridium plugs, I dont think they will help out that much.  A wider gap and a quality platinum plug are going to the best you can do as far as the ignition is concerned.

Not 100% positive here but:

What Joe said about the MAFS, the injectors may just make you run to rich, and the other stuff will mostly smooth out your idle.(from what I'v heard)

Don't waste your money...save up for an EVO...the scream'n demon comes with wires...I have it...no noticeable gain...See what I've done in my sig...makes for a much better SVTF then stock in my opinion but I'm not sure if it's worth the money.

You don't mention the rear engine mount...I put that on the same time I installed my Steeda Short shift and together they're really nice...your engine won't twist in the engine bay...as well as suspension if you want a little better handling car...

better late than never:
be warned: you're pretty much already out of warranty, at least in terms of the parts you changed and any parts those parts may impact.
i put on a long tube intake and ended up rusting my throttle pressure sensor. twice.

not only was the TPS not under warranty anymore,
neither was the throttle body which also had to be replaced
the second time the TPS had to be replaced.

heck,
these days,
even a single day at the track,
even for a sanctioned SVT event,
can void your warranty.

or anything else not made by ford.  ive put roughly $3-5K worth of mods to my car (about 3/4 being "performance enhancing") and yes it may look unique and shar[, but is it faster? not really, nothing compared to what it should be capable of.  it handles sweet, but the power mods uf anything have worn away at ford's already cheap/weak transmission setup in this car...imho
