I got a new set of subs and an amplifier and i was curiouse if they would hook up to my stock radio since it already comes stock with the small amp and sub.

the only problem you might run into is that the power wires might not be high enough gauge for a high power amp.  but the audio wires will hook up just fine.  just make sure your power wires are thick enough for the amp you're putting in

Ditto to roch......but what exactly are you wanting to know?  the only thing you get form the stock stereo is the signal....power, ground, and ignition come from the battery.  If you want details let me know.
