I'd say I'd just do a normal break in...maybe 500 miles, but I'm thinking a good 2500-5000 would be better.

BTW, have you read "Maximum Boost" by Corky Bell?

Are you getting a new stock motor, or are you building one for boost?  If your using a stock motor the usual break in time, so everything will seat its self properly.  If your building a motor for boost no break in is needed.

I wanted to get the built zetec but 1. Its alot of cash, and 2. I dont think I need one that mack. I plan on running the stage 1 street kit (9psi) and in the future I will get an FMIC and maybe up the boost. so I guess 500-1000 miles before I strap the leafblower to it.

That's a good idea.  I have Tom's full kit and make alot of power with out a built engine.  Once I get the rest of my bolt-on's and a few other things I think I'll probility be making some where in the area of 250fwhp.

That is alot for our cars.  Right now I'm at 200fwhp and 215tq, and it's FAST.

I'd suggest you read it.  I've got a copy and it's a very informative book.

Right now 7.5psi's.

With the 3" flex & exhaust I will see another psi.

I'm also in the process of installing a Greddy Profec B boost controler so I can turn it up alittle more.  When this is said and done I should see about 225fwhp and 235tq.
