Hi,

what looks better on the Focus? The Hella Dual HID with clear US grill or the ST 170 Headlights? What do you think?

This are double HID Hellas. In Germany you must have automatic light leveling with this Headlights. It's a big problem to make it work. Scheiß TÜV!!!;)

I have the european lights on my car and to my understanding, they look just like the st170's except they are chrome background. I love the look of them and have had MANY compliments.,

Hi,

I think you mean this ones. In Austria is a guy who sells the indicator lenses in clear, also the 3rd break light. Are you interisted?

Are you referring to the ones in the light or the grill lights? How would you change out the ones in the lights?

You must open the lights. This is a lot of work but only 20 or 30 people in the world have these lenses.;)

opening the lenses is not fun, but once open, you can have plenty of custom work going on inside :D

I love the st170's.

I actually would love to get my hands on a pair of the stock 2002 euro headlamps, but so many places want so much money for them.

Heck, I've even looked into buying a large amount of them to sell via my company here, but no one is interested in giving a discount.

I still need the clear/chrome stock lamps for my euro grille.  I've had to modify some indicators and mount them behind the grille.

Hi,

I've one of the Headlamps on stock. (See pic). I can watch out for another one and ship them both to you, charges around 60 $ and 100 for the lamps. The one I've got is broken, (holder Headlamp/fender). If you are interisted please let me know. I think you can get some problems with the connector, it's not the same as in the US model, but I can built you a bridge( please excuse my very bad english:P) with a connector from VW Golf. ( It still works)

What kind of Grille are you looking for? Any pic of it?

Thanks

Wolli

Hey Thanks Wolli, but I'd really rather have the full set and have a set of connectors as well.
I already have the stock Euro Grille - See Pic:

I mean, you really can't tell by this pic, but I had to (with a friends help) fashion some kind of indicator set up behind the grille.  ***the round turn signals are actually PVC pipe with epoxy lenses (fashioned by our very own gr33nlemon) and zip tied behind the Stock Euro Grille.
Hell, I'd even be willing to do a Euro/US spec trade for a decent set of Stock Euro lights w/ connectors.

The fog lamps in the first pics are the stock Euro fog lamps or stock to the ST170.

The new 2005 Focus ST has the same fog lights.
