Hi, this is my first post on this board! I am glad to have found a website just for Focus(es). I absolutely these cars! I had one in 2000, then sold it and got a mustang, but just recently sold the mustang and bought another focus. But this time I did better!! lol, I bought an SVT! I just love it!!
Anyway, my question is about designs, stickers and so forth on the outside of the car. It is red, and I want it to look like a race car on the outside, you know with stickers and sponsers, but I dont know how to go about it. I am a total novice and never fixed up my first focus, but I want this one to turn heads! I have looked online at sticker packages but all I have found are things like flames and stripes, that is really not me.
I saw in a focus fanatic magazine a focus that had the hot wheels symbol on it, I thought that was awesome, but I dont want to be a copycat either! So any help or input would be GREATLY appreciated!!
Maybe do the side racing strip, in black on your car. I'm not a fan of the whole sticker thing, unless if those companies r sponsoring your car, but I would get 4 graphics the racing stripe. On mine I have the whole Dragon theme going, I am getting a long dragin and putting it on the bottom by the doors, along the side skirts. But u r better off with black anything 4 graphics, or maybe silver. Good luck, do u have any pics of your Foci??
you could always use the classic SS stripes.. 2 wide ass stripes that run from your front bumper to your rear bumper in a contrasting color.. like silver or something.. other than that, like CKA said, unless you're sponsored, or unless you have those products on your car.. i have a dynomat and monster cable sticker, but i have both of those in my car..
get creative though. if you were gonna go for a side graphic, think something original up and see how it would look on the ride.. oh, and send pics after!
PLEASE dont desecrate an SVT with ricer stickers and decals. Pretty please?
If you really want to do some sort racing stripes or something, I will post a link to a great site. Actually you can find the link on this site lol. But I would not put a bunch of company logo's and decals on my car if I wasnt sponsored by them. Thats advertising for FREE, and why do that? PLUS, your also letting everyone know what you have in your car, and thieves just love that. Dont advertise
