What color is my car? It's not Twilight Blue- but that's the only blue metallic listed in ANY touch up paint book for Ford Focus! Mines the lighter blue. Not Sonic Blue.

Help!

Is that the same shade that's called French Blue Metallic? I know there were two blue choices when I got my 2003 (not counting SVT Sonic Blue). I think that was the name of the lighter blue.

Does PFF's driver's doorjamb still have its big sticker with the paint codes on it?

Well I sure as hell aint payin to have Ford or Napa mix me some paint for a temporary paint job (I'm painting the fenders now so they don't rust but I'll be painting the whole car later). I went and picked up two shaker cans of "Medium Blue Pearl" from Advance (the closest thing I could find).

I just thought if it was a readily available color I'd pick up a couple cans so my fenders would kinda match til I get the whole thing sprayed.

Thanks for the info though. I didn't think to check the sticker (duh).

I don't think you will find any rattle cans of paint to match any ford factory color at the parts stores. GM you might be able to find tho.

Jonny(I think) posted a site a while ago that make rattle cans for any paint code you need. I think is like $12-$18 a can. But if it matches you might not have to spray the whole car for a while.

Try http://www.paintscratch.com I know they sell touch-up paint pens, and maybe also the spray cans.

If you go to a auto paint store that sells Dupont paint they can usually put it into a spray can.  That's what I did, and the match was dead on.
