Yes to the dark tinted tails, yes to the dark tinited windows, yes to the black wheels (especially black wheels with a polished lip.. SEXY!)
But graphics would make it "unclean" and break up the appearance of the car, IMO. No stickers, yes everything else... you'll have one smooth, sexy ride!

You'll get pulled over real quick in NH for tinted tails. And if you find someone to inspect them they will loose there liscense for life if you get pulled over and ticketed for it.
If they are removable thna you can say sorry, take them off, stop later down the road and put them back on.
I know a certian ZX3 that was pulled over and puleld appart and that was one of the big things that got pointed out. Kid modded his girls car. They split and he told her to get the tailes changed. she didn't and got bagged for them.
