I've heard the wheel is just basically held on with a few bolts?
How'd you take off the stock and install that without deploying the airbag? I am afraid of them because I never know what will tick them off and end up with a face full of airbag...
However you did it, it looks great! I've considered one but my blue is darker and I'm afraid it would clash. Maybe the SVT sometime in the future though, since it has Cruise and that nice perforated leather.

So the question for those who want it is, how custom do you want your ride to be? Because I'm fairly certain that you might be able to custom mount the cruise controls somwhere else, but it may require some mad customizing skills.
If you have cruise in your current wheel, then I think that it would just be a matter of moving the switches and electronics to the new wheel. It is designed just like the stock wheel.

damn that's pretty. No RS cars have cruse control? How crappy is that. I was thinking of going for it but what a hassle. For $140 I wonder if i could just have the one I have now redone anyway I want it.

Yeah, I punched a baby once, in anger. But in my defense the baby was being kind of a dick.
Is the cruse control conected to the wheel? I would think it could be snaped on the new wheel. It looks pretty much the same as the OEM wheel with the blue added. And I think the install is just popping the center part off and unpluging a few plugs, then there is only one bolt that holds the wheel on. It's not like old school wheels where you would need a pulling tool to get it off.
