so im crusisin down the high way this mornin, on my way to work, all excited for the new year and having to be at work at 7 instead of 6 for the next couple of days..everything had gone well so far this year, untilllll the impatience got the best of me again on the roads.

running a lil behind to go to honey dew to grab a donut in my extra time before work, i was getting off of (for the TFNE'ers you will know, everyone else will be clueless) exit 5 on 93 S, going into londonderry to the exxon right there. a lady in a caravan had been pissing me off, doing 60 for a mile before the ramp behind a line of traffic i could not have squeezed into ahead of her. at the bottom of the ramp, she decided to play the creep into traffic game. shes creeping, and creeping..i sat still. {flashback to dec 24, 2002 - rear end accident in my pickup getting off of Rte1 S in saugus towards the mall, guy decided not to go into traffic when him and i could have easily made it...} finally i got so impatient, and started swearing and giving her the " what the EFFFF LADYYYY!!. *excitement rolls into chris' head when he sees the school bus just starting out at the light* "CMON LADY fucking go!!"i saw he rbrake lights go out *more excitement and visions of donuts* she moved, i looked ta the bus, still 100+yds away, rev to about 2500 to get up and rip on off the ramp, turn my head to get my direction and dump the clutch simultaneously...WHAM..she never moved, she waited.
sooo i get out, look at her caravan, the bumpers pushed in, and a lil dent in the hatch. look at the SVT, bumpers cracked, the bumper light was hanging, a chunk of the bumper was on the ground, and as i was staring at the bumper light, it burnt out..go figure. so, i proceeded to call Londonderry's finest for an accident report so i dont get sued or nothin like that..took them 2 phone calls and an hour to get to the scene, only to find out it was the STATE TROOPERs jurisdiction, cause it happened on the ramp, not Rte 28 in Londonderry. not to mention he had to stop n the other side of the road, roll down the window, and ask "Is this the accident i was told abut?" HELLO PAL! cars jus dont chill out on the side of the road in the rain and cold you know...so after an houlr and 15 mins or so, the trooper shows up, writes down our insurance info, gives to the opposite person, and that was that, no report, no nothing. all that for something i had done immediately after the accident. what the fuckk..
so then, i needed to do some insurance shopping, long story short best prices of the day : $582.35/mo and $421.20 (not including this accident)

so anyways, to make a longer story shorter, someone will be on the hunt for an RS front and fenders in the near future
http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/688874/3 make sure its on page 3..

Well, I must say that your tape job definatly makes things look a lil better than they did before hand.  I'm sure that these pics dont do justice to the actual damage of the car.... After all the phone calls and conversations i had with you yesterday, it just dawned  on me now that I still havent changed my insurance over from when I moved... hahahahaha. Yet again, I havent changed my license either so it would all coinside.

ANYWAYS, best of luck gettin t his all resolved and finding decent insurance, I know it isnt as easy for the guys as it is for the girls. Just keep in mind the new RS front bumper and fenders that will be coming your way hopefully in t he end  :)

Aww Chris, this sucks man!

I feel ya on the impatience thing.  I deal with it every day on 93N on my way to work in Concord.  Just about kills me when you have some bonehead on the phone or sipping coffee in the fast lane going under the speed limit.  Then the ones that just cut out in front of you without turn signals etc.

kill 'em an' eat 'em I say!

Have you checked out Progressive for insurance?  i say that because they do a lot of high risk coverage.  Do you have to file an SR22?

chelly - nah, no SR22, only 2 at fault accidents, and i might not even be going thru insurance on this one.  if its under 1000 ill pay them cash, get it done, caus ei need another policy and really must do everything i can to keep my rate down.  im atually in the middle of a dispute from my earlier accident in the nissan, the claim says its for 3999, and the letter i remember was only 800, and thaht would take a point aeway on my insurance, and drop my rate about $150.  and no, progressive didnt like me and my one point..they want 560/mo

dan, i dont know, maybe you could take some of my luck away?? oh well, least ill be able to rebuild a focus now lol.

RS Steve, thanks for the help man, check your PMs
