In 2000 Ford did a marketing program with Kona mountain bikes and made a special edition focus - kind of like the S2 and the Sony Edition. Came with 16 inch machined aluminum wheels (before the 16s became commonplace), a bike, roof rack, unique seat covers, floor mats, and some Kona badging. Made 5000 of them.
Hate to tell ya newbie, but we have assembly plants in the US for Toyota and Honda.
Also, I'd own another Toyota in a heartbeat. Best vehicle I've EVER owned was a 1992 4Runner (now my Focus has is a tie)...problem with the Yota's back then was they rotted from underneath you...engines and trannys really can't be beat.
