Who does that, seriously people drive me crazy. Would that even count as a insurance? I don't know what vandalism falls under, but it's not like the car was stolen or anything... poor guy.

Yup, it's going to be real money. Insurance will cover it but there's a deductable of course.

He got a quote of $2700 for repairs and the part of the car that is basically the "frame" is powdercoated and they will only re-paint, vs. powdercoat it
