Not a name brand. Got them off eBay. Made in Taiwan. Nice little sticker on the inside of the fender announces that. I think I just gotta ream out the holes on the top of the fender and scoot the fender back 1/4-3/8". It's not *too* bad. Other than that they fit nicely... came primed and everything. Very light... I'd say 10-15lbs MAX each. I'd say fiberglass ones aren't worth the hassle for weight savings. The eBay seller was Pershing Auto parts. Took a while to ship... not a big issue. The bumper (from a diff. company) lines up nicely with the fender. I think once I ream the holes out they'll be fine.
EDIT: BTW that should be <$150 shipped. I got them for $138 for the pair incl. shipping.
