And yet they smoke, drink beer by the freakin barrels each week, chew, drink tons of soda (bought from the vending machine), buy lunch from the vending machine each day at work..
WTF!! You know how much money they'd have if they stopped doing that!?!!
Argh. Yeah. so I'm a little bit irritated with one of my friends/coworkers lately. He complains that he doesn't have enough money to buy things that are important (ie- take care of his kids and dog), but has the money to do allof the above.
It makes no sense!!

Sounds like my former roommate. I would give him in upwards of 600 a month total for rent and utilities, and he somehow manages to have money every night for beers and butts (as well as other sundry *cough*GREEN*cough* vices), and constnatly cried broke. Its no wonder why I holed myself up in my room alot when he was home, maybe because I didn't wanna hear his bitching??
Surely enough, I don't have the best financial situation, but I've learned to live with it. I learned to live on just enough to get by, and be able to pay my bills and get them done. I don't see how hard it is for people to give up some to alleviate one's problems?
I have a friend like that too.... annoyes the CRAP out of me. Dont bitch and moan that you have no money and cant pay bills when you go out and get a coffee everyday before you go to work.... thats like $10 a week you could save just there... and LORD KNOWS that other stupid crap is bought constatnly (fast food... beer.... illicit substances)... i dont want to hear it anymore!!!
oh... and I want the $2k that you owe me too!!!

have you at least talked to him as of late?? Is he still working his ass off and living at his Father's?
I mean I have limited funds and have dealt with a lot of financial hardships due to my illness, but I'll tell ya, I don't go out to dinner all the time and spend money I don't have.
When I want something I figure out if I can afford it and save for it. If I can't, then I don't.
