Well technically you can blame it on the salesman. See It is an option and all the salesmen/sales ppl forget to mention..:D:D

And as for the ones that don't turn off. Well that is the first gen blinker. they are like the high beams. There on a timer and sometimes the timer gets messed up. :D:D:D
