I hate u soooooo f***** much, they r taking all our strays cats away, because some bitch said that she got bit by one!!! The strays don't go up to anyone they run, they hate people, because these people try to run them over and throw rocks at them. So now I have Kane County saying it's unlawful 2 feed them, so I will be getting fined for it and her stupid cat bite, which I know 4 sure he never bit her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But the damn animal control officer, Mike, he said when we asked if he had proof of the cat bite and hospital bills that I couldn't play that game, I have to go to court and pay fines to get it straightened out that way. That I am playing games by asking those questions, I told him I am only trying to defend the cat, he said who cares a human statement rules over an animals any day. So if he was being taunted again and defending himself he still will get uethanized (can't f**** spell, don't a give a s***) IT IS F*C**** UNFAIR!!!! I am so pissed, I feel like freaking killing this bitch. And she already did this 2 the other neighbors dog, she got animal control to get rid of it 4 barking. Whatever, she is like trying to get rid of any animals around here, and well now she got what she wanted, they r picking all the cats up sometime next week. FU**** BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is f***** bullshit that we have no laws 4 their rights, it's bullshit, I hate this f***** town and these f***** materailistic people. I hate u and wish u die. I am so pissed that if anyone comes in my way, I will literally throw a punch like a did 2 our front door. And it didn't hurt, so trust me I am going crazy here.
Ok I am done, thanks 4 anyone that cares.
I'd be pissed too. Lobby a complaint against the officer and then have friends do the same and hide stinky roadkill around the lady's house every night for a week.
wow, I am sorry you're so upset, but I have to offer a counterpoint. Heck, it wouldn't be me if I didn't offer the other side, right?
I am an avid animal lover. Watching animals hurt, killed or whatever bothers me more than humans...I know that's silly some will think, but we (humans) domesticated them and that's that. We are responsible for what they are, and what they become.
People discard strays like yesterday's leftovers and they don't care what happens to them and then you have situations Carmen is facing. She is trying to help by feeding these Feral felines, but in the same sense, without having them spayed or neutered you are just escalating the problem of overpopulation, disease and public nuisance. I'm sorry Carmen, I'm not attacking you, just showing another side and as you've shown, case in point. Someone doesn't like animals. Seems to be the case with this woman - so let her be miserable. These cats can be cared for, but they have to have their shots, and must be fixed to stem the population growth. It can explode and as you must know it doesn't take long for a female cat to become fertile and go into heat. You have a pest issue, disease, including FIV, flea and tick carried diseases which can transmit to humans. Rabies which can be carried onto humans. Cities as well as the more rural areas have wild animals, fox, raccoons, skunk, squirrels etc which can transmit these diseases to the cats when they tangle with one another. One way or another there should be some form of checks and balances so all involved are healthy and safe. Human and animal alike.
As for the nuisance barking dogs...I have a major issue with that topic. I have major issues with any dog that is not properly trained and supervised. If you leave your dog out all day and night you should be arrested and that dog should be taken away from you and you should be banned from ever owning another. They are not wild dogs you can leave out in all weather. It's just not humane and it is, in fact, illegal.
You should not leave your dog in a car while you shop when it's hot outside. Have you ever sat in a car with the windows rolled up, save for a 1/2 inch crack in 80 degree heat???? The interior of a car can skyrocket to above 100 degrees in only minutes! This is also illegal and when I find this happening I leave a little letter from the National Humane Society on the windshield of the offending vehicle and let them know their license plate will be reported. I'm not messing around...I do this folks...so, don't let me catch you leaving a dog in an unventilated, unshaded area in a parking lot while you go in to shop.
Dogs need leadership. They are pack animals and without the proper training, barking dogs can be a very big nuisance. As I've said. If I couldn't get through to a neighbor by talking with them about the barking and offering them alternatives, I would report them as well. I'm sorry, but if I'm being kept awake by a barking dog, or I can't relax on a Saturday afternoon or morning because a dog barks for hours on end - I'm going to say something. It's unfair for the dog and the dog is learning very bad habits. This is a habit that can be broken by the way...either by training or an electric shock collar.
Carmen, there are ways to handle this...look for your local chapter of "Friends of Feral Felines". They help support the care of these animals and also help with spaying and neutering.

Chelly, that is what I did on Monday, contacted many Humane Places 4 help on the TNR plan, but right now it is not passing here yet, so we r doing it oursleves. We will be buying humane traps and trapping all the females first and taking them 2 the low cost shelter, where they spay/neuter. Yeah, ti is bad, having them reproduce and reproduce, ti doens't help them or us. They get into fights easier and get sick often. So don't worry. As 4 the officer Mike, he backed off, he knew he ahd no case against us, as 4 whoever got bit now, he doesn't even know now, who it was and what cat bit him. I told him, so it was a lie, ha! He didn't reply, all he said was, yes of course stop feeding them and take them 2 shelters. Which I called and no one is accepting any cats at all, I called 20 shelters here and Chicagoland area. So that is outta the question, so I did ask him on the day he came if we could trap them and neuter them, of course he said go ahead, but it's costly. Oh well, we fed these cats and we became their caretakers, it will take time, but we will do it. When it comes 2 them, we do anything, they r the world 2 us, sounds stupid, but yeah Chelly we care more 4 an animal than a human. When we hear oh this dog or this lion attacked a person, we always ask the same question, well what was the human doing 2 the animal? Probably taunting it. But once we get the whole story, yes, sometimes it's the naimal fault, but not all the time. Specially here, these cats hate people, they see anyone and they hide, because they know, they know these people try 2 run them over, their kids chase them and thow rocks at them, BS! So someone has 2 take charge and speak 4 them, sicne they can't. So it's cool Chelly, u were not attacking me whatsoever. And as for these people, if they try 2 this again let's see the proof, but of course they have none.
But we r cool now, just gettign prepared 2 start this whole plan. The TNR plan ourselves. And hopefully with this new job, cross your fingers, more money and that we can do it easier.
Thanks u guys, I had not posted cause no one replied on here, but this all happened Saturday, talking with his fat a$$ self (Officer Mike) and then I called Monday 2 places and got my resources.
Thanks and well I am done ranting.
I wil be also contacting anyone here in this state 2 get some more laws passed 2 get more animal rights, god Iwish this was New York. They have the ASPCA.
