Well alot of you know that I was having problems w/ my windshield. I had a stress crack on the right side on the inside of window. Well Glass Pro in Portsmouth came out today to replace the windshield. The guy did an inspection to see if there where any problems and stated to my wife that the window had been replaced before and she said yes, how did you know. Well those that know the focus, the black thing where the wipers are, I think it's called a cowl, not sure, but when the repair guy moved that back to access the four clips that hold in the window at the bottom, where all broken and where the windshield sets in at the top near the roofline is under the radio attenae is, was not set in properly and was just floating. The repair guy stated that it was amazing that the windshield lasted as long as it did. When my wife called me at work to tell me this I was fck'n livid. I got home and called Ford Customer Service in Michigan and filed a report with them. I was told that teh complaint would be forwarded to Portsmouth Ford Customer Service Manager and Ford Customer Service Relations Manager in Michigan and I need to call Portsmouth Ford tomorrow to tell them what happened. Bad Portsmouth Ford, Bad Portsmouth Ford. Oh and forgot to mention when the clips where broken off, the windshield was glued in at the bottom. WTF Where they thinking. Rant Off

Jesus H. There are some real fuckin clownshoes over there. I get shit everytime I bring my car in for something. They think I'm making it up and "reading to many posts on message boards". Sure as shit, Ford releases a TSB a few months later for the same thing I brought my car in for. Not to mention the Techs ACKNOWLEDGE everything they hear or see. But they refuse to fix it, or tell me it's "normal".
Good job on filing a report. That is dangerous, and thankfully you didnt lose an eye or get seriously hurt, or even die, because of those jerk-offs.
Maybe theyll learn their lesson someday. Or maybe fire the whole lot of em, and hire better people lol
I don't go back there to have my car worked on any more. I have a mechanic that works on both of my cars. Believe it or not, the windshield was fixed about three years ago or so. Hell I took my focus there one time and told them that I have an alignment problem and the mechanic at Portsmouth came out and said that there is nothing wrong with the alignment. I said to the mechanic then why the Hell is my front end viberating. Mechanic looks at me and says: Don't know. I went to Starkey Ford in York Maine and the mechanic came out and said alex: your alignment is fine, ok so then why is my front end viberating, Oh that's easy said the mechanic. You have 4 flat spots on all four tires. Someone slammed on the brakes too hard and cause the brakes to lock up and you slid to a stop. I stated why the Hell couldn't Portsmouth Ford find what was wrong and was told that they should have found out about that problem right away. He even showed me the flat spots on the tires. Damn Portsmouth Ford (best South Park teachers voice forgot his name) Portsmouth Ford you Go to Hell and You Die.

I called and have to drop my off tomorrow. They are going put in my Mobil 1, perform that throwout bearing/flywheel TSB, and fix another buzzing noise. Jesus H, if I had another 500 bux, I'd leave the damn car there and pick out a Sonic Blue Ranger. I want my truck back!!!!
