Does anyone know if the small breather air filter )the red one, needs to be oiled after it's cleaned like the larger conical air filter?

I am not sure about the ITG version but the K&N ones I have used in the past had to be oiled after they were cleaned.

I actually got an email from Randy who owns Focus Sport and the filter does need to be sprayed (which I knew) but surprisingly, the air breather does not...
