I doubt you'd have a problem, it would have to go up the tubing, and then THROUGH the filter at the top of the tubing.  CAI's would have a problem because it's the other way around.... THROUGH the filter and then up the tubing, you wouldn't be able to saturate the filter the way that system is designed.
