I'm not sure but I think the smalles you could go is 16" but you may be stuck with the 17's...brakes are too big for anything smaller, I'm guessing maybe 16", but you'd have to check that out.

There was just an artical in Focus Fanatic about using the focus 16" rim in the winter time on a svtf.  The 16" rim will give you the clearence needed for the brake's.

Yep - Eric, I've read about the smaller ones for winter being the 16's.

Sometimes you can luck out on the newer 2003 model's 16's and find them on Ebay for little to nothing!

Yup, 16's will fit. Sometimes you can find a salvage car and rims cheap too :)

As stated...16" are the smallest that will fit the SVT.  I use my stock SVT rims with 17" snows (although more expensive than 16") and bought the Euros for $125 a piece at the time for summer??

Now is a good time to start looking at the local tire shops to see if they have an 'trade in' wheels.  I got my snow wheels that way at a very reasonable price and based on the number of Focus' (Focuses? Foci?) on the road a used set of 16"ers should be easy to come by.  Or one would think.....

its in the manual, if i remember right....its 205/50/16...which i think is the same size as the "normal" focus 16 " wheel

but ifound a link, explaining the tire sizes and offset and such....

http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?s=76d122a35d926ca7e4e08383759bd737&threadid=2278

oh, and i see you are from newmarket, buzzsaw...its prolly kind of a hike for you, but Lambert's (i think) junkyard/garage in hooksett off of exit 9n I-93 has tonnnnsss of cars...maybe check there.  or theres another one near the dunkins off exit 6, I-293 that ALWAYS has wrecked foci in the yard.  good news is, none ive seen have had work done to them
