Is there anything special I should know about changing my O2 sensors?  Im replacing them both and I have the special socket as well.  Im gonna disconnect my battery as well.....is there a special way to get my ECU to perform better with the new O2 sensors?

Well I got them replaced......but I was changing the bottom one (after the Cat) and there were chunks or metal in the pipe.  So im thinking of replacing the whole exhaust with a new one.....are there performance Catalytic convertors?   Do MIl or O2 sensors emulators pass on emissions tests?

Yes there are High Performance Cats. Check http://www.mcnewsautomotive.com they sell the Random Tech Cats for the focus. Do you have emissions testing in Maine? I know in NH we have State Inspections and I don't think that it would have any problem passing State Inspections. Half of the people who do the inspections from what I have heard could not tell the difference between the stock cat and an aftermarket one.  Or you could always swap out the factory one and contact Mc News and get the one that they now sell that is the replacement one on the SVT Focus and heck you can even swap out the header for the SVT one that they sell that bolts somewhat to the Regular zetec engine.
