i have a 2005 zx3,and my friend backed into me and im looking at getting a aftermarket front bumper,instead of the original stock one,cause i found that the aftermrket one is cheaper,and i think looks better.but i was wandering if they would be the same considering there are hardly any parts liek that for the 05 models!
Sheet metal is all different, so they won't fit unfortunately, there are a few things out there, like the saleen kit. Other than that you are right there isn't much out there for body panels yet.
I'm thinking you're actually talking about the bumper wraps/covers..not the actual beam underneath (bumper) just had to get all technical on ya. lol
Sorry, as far as I understand it the 2005 is a new beast. Ford in their infinite wisdom decided that they had to change everything to a level that would cause our newest Foci members a hassle in waiting for aftermarket parts to come out.
i have no doubt there are more and more parts coming onto the market each day.
Another suggestion, check out the junkyards in your area. Sometimes you can find them in tact.

If you have a hatch, their rears are the same as the 00-04 MYs. But your specific issue of the front bumper cover you're SOL unless you get a Saleen, or find a non-damaged junkyard one (might be hard since the cars are new).
