Hello, well i don't know about the cable clutch. But, I'm going to be installing a PowerWorks supercharger on my ZX3. The pulley that the kit comes with says it'll produce about 13lbs of boost. But i may be confusing that with the SVT blower kit. I was doing a little research to see if I could jerry-rig the SVT kit to my ZX3, and that's where i may have gotten the numbers crossed. I can't. But yeah, you should be good to AT LEAST 13lbs. I wouldn't puch to far past that, unless you're going to upgrade the crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, piston rings, valves, etc, etc. This is for a BLOWER though. I don't know if you're planning on installing that or a turbo. You may also want to take into consideration how well taken care of the car was. Proper oil changes, maintainance and such. good luck. -_-
