Just got an '06 ZX3 2.0 L Focus.  What would be the first couple of things to do to get the most bang for my buck and where can i find these items.

Also looking into small things like headlights/taillights and the biggest rims i should/can go without making other mods

Not sure exactly which way you are going but a lot of peopel start with intake and exhaust. Any intake for the 2.0L or 2.3L Duritec will fit. As for exhaust you will need to find a ZX3/5 system for the 2.0L or 2.3L as the lengths are differant between ZX3/5 and sedan.

Underdrive pullies are a good investment as well.

As for lights and such.

You need 05-07 headlights for sedan or ZX3/5. They are the same.

As for tail lights you can use any 00-04 tail light you like. This opens up a lot to chose from.

As for bumpers. You need to stick with the 05-07 sedan or ZX3 fromt bumpers. I do not think there are many out there. Ford has there "street apearance" front bumper and I think at least one of the big aftermarket companies has a front bumper that should fit. (Steeda - Saleen - Wing West)

As for the rear bumper I believe you can use any 00-04 rear bumper. Again that opens it up to a lot of differant one.

Esentially the front of the ZX3/5 change only the front end in 05.

I tell you what, I got an eBay exhaust for $200 and couldn't be happier. Granted, the tip is rusted, but for $200, you can't go wrong. It sounds good, it looks good (until the tip rusted) and it bolted in fairly easily. The exhaust will be for a 01-04, but it fits the newer models, just save the cat for emissions use if you need to go get tested.
