My gauge cluster stopped working 2 or 3 months ago and I haven't been able to find a replacement that I liked until now.  Picked this up on EBay today:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-Focus-SVT-Instrument-Cluster-61k-Speedometer-Tach_W0QQitemZ110077702725QQihZ001QQcategoryZ33675QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

I've been told that it will fit without an issue so hopefully that is the case.

They will fit fine. You just need to bring the car to ford to get the odometer to match the cars mileage.

Some dealers will require you have them to install the gauges also due to the whole odometer fraud thing.

Me too.  It was either get the same old boring gauge cluster or go for the whole she-bang.  I just hope everything works out alright.

Okay so my gauges finally came in today. I got them all hooked up and everything.  Apparently the gauges themselves weren't the issue.  I don't know where to go from here to get these fixed.  Any ideas?

I checked all the fuses i could find (under the hood, and dash)and they came back fine.  The biggest issue is that the speedo, tach, gas, and temp needles don't move.  All of the lights work and stuff like that, but I'm still lost.

That is weird.

That's one I'd probably end up taking in to the stealership.

I'd put the original guages back in it before going to the stealership. If they say the guages are bad than show up with the ones you got and tell them the story of what you did at that time. Especially if you are planning on trading it. Cause you can put those(SVT guages) into the black ZX3 you found if you get it.
