TFNE, I am asking for and NH help basically.

Tonight, sometime between the hours of 7:20pm and 9:35pm, my car was broken into in my apartment building parking lot. I left work at 5pm tongith and I pulled onto the main drag and there was a car pulled over to the side, hazards on. I didnt think anything of it at this time. The car then pulled out behind me, still didnt phase me. On the way home on 93N I noticed the car would always stay behind me, even when I passed.. I even drove in the slow lane doing like 45 and still nothing. The car continued to follow me all the way to my apt. in Manchester and even then this wasnt too much of a surprise to me bc so many people travel the same route I do.

I pulled into my lot and parked in my usual spot. The other car went around the other side of the lot and parked in the same row, about 8 spaces down. I was at this time able to see it was an older style 92-95 honda civic, 2 sr, silver, wing that looked like it belonged on the car and a body kit. I couldn't see the plate bc it was covered in ice and snow. The car did not appear to have rims or anything else down to it that the naked eye could see.

I left my car all locked, grabbed my CD plyer face and went inside, when I entered the building the car was still there, two people inside, running, lights on. I came back out not two minutes later with my dog and the car was gone. I had purposly parked in an area of the lot where there were no marks in the new snow, only the ones I made.

I cam back outside at about 720 to check the car, everything looked fine but I noticed a lot of foot prints in the snow around the car. This bothered  me but I didnt kno what I could do at this point. So I went back inside. Not knowing that this is the last time I would see the car this way.

I came back out at about 930 with kami again and walked towards the car. I could see as I was walking to it that the passenger door was open. I know for a fact I closed that door and it was locked. I opened the door, it wasnt even latched, and all my stuff was everywhere, my glove box emptied, m center console emptied. My XM radio was hanging from the wires on the dash. I think something scared them off, bc they would have taken that along with the about 110 CD's they made off with.

Nothing else appears to be missing but im convinced they were looking for a trunk button in the glove box. If you dont kno the car, you wouldnt know to look on the dash. I'm thankful for what ever made them leave.

The police did not come due to the fact there was no physical damage and i cant prove anything was stolen. I'm pretty sure they must have known what they were doing for only the passenger door to be unlocked and none of the others. They used a slim jim or something to get this door open. All windows are intacted...

I'm asking for any help or clues as to who might own this car. If anyone sees it, a plate number would be appreciated. I'm worried that these people know more about me than I want them to know, they know where I work and where I live, and thats not easy to stomach for me.

Any help is appreciated TF, thank you in  advance.

Rotton luck! If you called the cops & they didn't come out, you need to go the station & file a police report. The damage might be covered by insurance. If it is, the 1st thing they're going to ask you is, "Did you file a police report?"

That's the problem, there was no visible damage to the car. They had to have used something to get it. No windows were broken and all doors were locked. When I came out to the car, the passenger door was unlocked and left open, it wasn't even latched. The only "damage" is that im out over 100 CD's, and I can't let my guard down . So help me if I find out who did this... :fu

you can still claim those 100 cds on the police report, and was there any damage to any interior components? You don't just need a busted window to have it be theft.

Damn, that sux that bag off. If I see a car matching that description during any of my travels, I will be sure to let you know.

Whomever it was that did it, should be shot. Maybe they'll visit me....I have a nice new Desert Eagle with a 10" barrel called, "The Solution".

Ofcourse the cops dont do anything. Liberalism breeds more criminal oppurtunity.

So sorry , Tiff, what assholes to go through all this and follow you for that , but thank god not for any other reasons, you know how perverts are. So sorry, can you look on any Civic sites, even if the car had no special mods, you know how they are, they still think they are big shit, check the sites, maybe you'll find them. Did you at all see their faces?

Sorry.

Sorry to hear the bad news...If the cops want to be jerks...I would provide a list of names of 100 cds I'd like to have now...the Satelite radio hanging by its wires wasn't enough for them to see something happened?

I say we have a g2g this weekend...and set a trap with about 10 or 12 foci hiding around the corner so when they show up, we can have a party...:chair

That would be a great idea except that I;m going to get out of the state for the weekend. Heading to Vermont to see a friend. This was already planned and just make me that much happier I wont be around since the alarm wont be in till Sunday or Monday  :(

Thank you for all the help everyone adn for those who are keeping thier eyes peeled.
