Oh my goodness J. thank you so much for your offer.

You're right.  This group here is very tight.  We're like family and always have an open door for each other.  It's really amazing how a car can bring so many different people together with so much caring.  Some relationships stayed, others went the way they needed to, and I know how that works.

My car was my prized possession. In all of  my relationships, save for my current one (FX3) Dan I have been the one with the car and the job etc.  My marriage was a joke and I take some responsibility for that because I was feeling bad about myself and married just for that reason.  Mistake, learned the lesson and I've moved on to bigger and better things.

This storm coming I have got to get this car towed out of here ASAP.  Dan may end up calling someone locally to haul it down to Fremont, NH (his mom's place is there).  I just cannot afford for this car to be buried and then towed away.  It cannot be moved without being put on a flatbed.  So this is my worry today.

I've found another car - yes folks, I don't mess around.  I've already had my CU approve me for a new car and the adjuster was here evidently, yesterday, but can't give it the final go on a total because the door was locked (driver's door won't open anyway due to the accident) and she couldn't get the mileage.  Newsflash there folks - You can't see the mileage without the key in and on at least accessories.  duh!  You'd think that an adjuster would know seeing how they see so many vehicles all the time.  Anyway, pending the mileage, it's gone.  I really don't expect them to fix it.

My new car is a surprise, and only ONE person knows exactly what it is if I get it.  Shhhh - no telling!!!  I'll have to drive all the way down to NJ to get it, but that's ok when you guys finally see what it is.

so, Dan's mom's b-day today, then Poke's tonight.  I'll keep you all up to date as I get any information.

Thank you all and J. for every kind word and help.  It means more than I can tell you.  I've been very sad and I keep petting my poor car when I go out.  sick, sad, pathetic, ya, well it was mine.  Oh and J. - just to get you up to speed on me a little bit more...outside of the bitter costly divorce - I'm a 2 time kidney transplant patient - I just lost my beautiful Blue Dobermann "Rajah" to liver cancer in March 04.  so this year hasn't been the best for me...but I will persevere!

ps - when I get sarcastic...ignore it..it's just me lol!

I'm sorry to hear.  Honestly, it looks repairable to me.  But if you got a line a new car, then the best of luck with your new purchase.

Chelly you know me. I won't say a word. Not even a hint. But as far as everything else goes, yes I know how you feel about your car. Right now for me, the only thing in my life is my car. She is the love of my life right now. At least she won't stab  me in the back and then file for a divorce. The first time that I met Chelly, was when there was supposed to be a Car Show w/ Trophies held in Manchester at Hooter's. However this did not go so well. That year my mother past away. From then on Chelly, myself and Dan have become very good friends. I would see this guys as much as I could. Then things went bad. I was not going to alot of the G2G's that where going on, because of the fact that my wife was in the hospital so much. So I stayed away from going to the G2G's w/ TFNE. There where a few that I tried to make it, but to no avail. Then last year I got smacked in the face, err, let me refraise that, I got my heart ripped out and tossed back in my face. Wife decided to tell me one night in September, that she no longer loves me and is moving out and filing for a divorce. When I needed to chat w/ someone, it was Chelly who I called. She was there for me and I owe alot to her and to Dan. The other person that has been the greatest to me,besides dan and chelly is our very own Rick/Rokie. I still keep in touch w/ rick on a constant basis. I chat w/ him just about every other day when I can. This people is what a TRUE Family is. My TF and TFNE family. They have been there for me through thick and thin. Just wanted to Say: THANKS TF &TFNE peeps. And like I said Chelly. It's our little secret. Need any more help feel free to call me, PM me or IM me. Peace and Keep Sliding Sideways.

If I could, I'd give you my car ;)

All I'd ask in return is maybe a 30 pack of Coors Light and a bottle of Yayg ;)

Hope your new car transaction goes quickly and smoothly for you :)

Yes, I am sorry to say but I saw a before and after shot. You were just in the garage what Monday??? Then... A SLAP IN THE FACE!! The backed into the gaurd rail.. I was like that sucks, cuz it really didnt look that bad. Chelly, i think if the axle is bent they can still fix it.. If the frame is bent it's.. R.I.P. If you need anything give a buzz to the garage. And I must say the pictures do not do it justice. It looks alot worse in person. Or in my case seing on the back of a flatbed...

Oh god - here we go again about my boobs. LMFAO!

I'm feeling much better...I'm still devistated by my loss, it's like I lost a family member, but if this is a write off (you have to see this in person, like Mike *WRC said) - I think the frame is bent.  That's why I say totaled...I know the suspension can be fixed.

If I get the go on the total today, then I'll be planning a road trip to NJ this coming weekend! I hope!:driv
